Slouper

Slouper is a Chicago based apparel company on a mission to disrupt the market with seasonal rebellious garments , stacked with lavish comfortable outerwear, vivacious varsities, slick knitwear and their non traditional design and manufacturing process. The garments are the embodiment of relentless effort, refinement and constant progression. Each piece is the result of a meticulous design and production process, with expert craftsmanship being an unremitting factor running throughout every collection, silhouette and individual garment.

Challenges

Slouper a brand owned by Co-Founder of Renaissance media - faced an array of problems. The apparel industry has a very saturated market - on every corner of the internet you will likely see an ad for an apparel company marketing their catalogs

Approach

Very few apparel companies use this approach we took with slouper.
Using the blanket affect...
we utilized Facebook/Instagram to drive a flock of new site traffic.
We created custom audience based upon site activity - ie add to cart, product viewed and website visitors. We used these custom audience within our remarking campaign.
This generated 76% increase in conversions.
We took things further by deploying SEM (search engine marketing) campaign.
We created additional custom audiences ( all website visitor and product viewed ) for remarketing campaign.
We utilized - Discovery, Display and youtube campaign within remarketing.
With this strategy deployed - it gives the blanket rapping effect - as our ads will follow users all over the internet... on social media - youtube and any website visited by the users. Creating the perception of a massive brand in the users mind.


To further ad to this strategy - we set up email campaign to nurture users that opted in for 15% discount on the website.
Took things even further with SMS campaign as you'll see below.

Part of the nurturing process used in our strategy was SMS having the highest CTR of any medium.
This further generated a flock of conversion with the assist of other channel utilized.
