The biggest challenges Essence 92 faces was driving new purchases at a positive ROI with Facebook in other words getting a positive ROAS.
Approach
After a deep dive into their Facebook ad account, we instantly saw what their biggest problem was. Their ads were not very compelling - very generic... which led to a really low CTR with high CPC.
Our team created very compelling creatives for them - through a combination of studio products images and videos - followed by "user generated content" - we testing the new creatives.
Instantly we saw a dramatic increase in CTR (300% increase) - this decreased their CPC - which led to more traffic on the site followed by 115% increase in conversions
